Purchasing through Paypal
Paypal LogoUniworks Technologies use Paypal for e-business transactions. Paypal allows secure and convenient online money transfers and has more than 20 million registered users.
When do i receive my license?

The following only applies to ActiveX-version products; After your Paypal transaction has been completed, we will mail your license key to the e-mail address you registered at Paypal as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours after the transaction has been completed. Should your license key not arrive within two days, contact us and we will resolve the problem immediatly.

A component license key comes as a string that must be copied to the serial property of all component instances should this property be available. This will disable any trialware logos and similar. A license key contains the name of the license holder/company, e g MYCOMPANY@A20465C4DNWAGFR.
 
 
Licences
The number of copies you are allowed to distribute along with developed applications is not limited. A license must not be sold, lended, borrowed nor rented. New components may not be created using the sourcecode distributed with the products. Licenses allow binary distribution only, sourcecode redistribution is prohibited.

The products are provided "as-is". Make sure they are to your satisfaction before ordering. Purchases will not be refunded.

A license grants you access to all public minor updates of the product for 12 months after the purchase.
 
General VAT rules
Swedish flag Swedish customers must pay 25% VAT (MOMS).
Flag of The European Union Residents of the EU must pay value added tax. By supplying us with your VAT number, VAT is handled by you. If you do not have a VAT number, please contact us at sales@uniworkstech.com.
Globe Customers outside of the EU do not pay VAT.
